My rank in CEE 2019 is 1602. And I belong to OBC NCL category... Can I get Any govt college in the 1st counselling?

Hello Hemanta, you have a pretty decent rank in CEE with that much of rank you are eligible for most of the college out there. And on that you belong to OBC NCL category so surely you are eligible for most of the college out there. You just have to go out and try your best. Hope this helps!!
