my rank in cgpet is 1937 and 12th percentageis 91 which government college I can able to get for btech in cse

The admission to any government college under CG-PET, you must fall in between the opening score and closing score, irrespective of your rank and your class 12th percentage.
Although your rank is quite good to make your way through any government college, but your score will be a more appropriate cretria to decide your college.
