my rank in clat 2019 is 2788 and i am from UR category. will i get uslls(ipu) and please suggest colleges i should apply for.

This is the first time GGSIPU and affiliated colleges will be offering admissions on the basis of CLAT 2019 and not IPU CET. So as per the trends and predictions, the probability of you getting a seat in USLLS IPU is a little less at this rank and general category status.
But you can definitely consider other IPU affiliated colleges for admissions:
- Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies
- Fairfield Institute of management and technology
- JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus
- Chander Prabhu Jain College Of Higher Studies
- Delhi Metropolitan Education society
- BLS Institute of Technology Management
- Delhi Institute of Rural Development
- Sri Krishna College of Education
