My rank in COMEDK is 24k, can i get B.Tech CSE in a good engineering college ??

With this rank it will be quite difficult to get good college through COMEDK and specially it will be difficult to get CSE branch. You can apply for some lower ranked or private colleges. But you have to compromise with the branch.
But at this point of time caste category, domicile or any special quota plays an important role while admission.
