If we go by last year's cut off for ECE at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology which as 9366 for General category, you won't get a seat in the said college.

However, based on your rank, you might get admission in some of the following institutes

AMC Engineering College – Bangalore

ACS College of Engineering – Bangalore

Alliance College of Engineering & Design,

Alpha College of Engineering, Bangalore

Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology, Moodbidri

Nagarjuna College of Engineering & Technology, Bangalore

You should get admission in ECE branch quite comfortably as the cut off for ECE last year was around 30k.Follow the below link for cut offs:

However you can get Civil engineering at NMIT.

The cut-off trends vary according to the category you fall in. For example, the cut-off in GM catgeory in the year 2016 and 2017 for ECE was 22091 and 30916 respectively.
