My rank in gate 2019 is 1577 in mechanical engg with score of 739 and marks 70.28 in what psu should i apply?

For PSU you need at least 790 score under general category.You have little chance of getting IOCL as previous year cuttoff of IOCL was 71.8 marks.Wait till all PSUs announce their cuttoff score.Cuttoff may go down as this year vacancies of PSUs increased.
