There are no chances predicted on basis kf cutoff trends at colleges under IPUCET since closing ranks are under 27000.

Your last hope can be with Bhagwan Mahaveer college of engineering and management Sonepat with Civil engineering. CSE cutiff is within 6000 ranks.
