My rank in ipu cet exam is 1147. So i understand that collage selection but please tell me about Fees structure on my rank?

See in ipu there are 2 kind of colleges the government ones and the private ones. The govt ones have comparatively much less fees as compared to private or semi govt ones. Talking about govt fee it's around 60000 and about private colleges it around 1.20 Lpa.
