My rank in IPU-CET is 19500, I have passed class 12 from Delhi and I belong from OBC, can i get a good college in ipu?

Well you didn't scored a very good rank in the exam but as you told that you belong to OBC category and also you're from delhi region so this will surely help you in getting a good college however you might not be able to get the core branches as their cut offs are usually very high as compared to other branches.
