Well, basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, you may not get admission into any of the IITs. But since you're a OBC candidate, so you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high. You can also apply for other government colleges accepting ADVANCED rank like IISC BANGALORE, ISERs, etc.
