First of all, Congratulations for your achievement, you have really did well in your exam.
As you are asking for IITs with the rank under 2300 in SC category, but you have not mentioned any stream in which you want to proceed.
But still, There are chances for you in many IITs but with the lower branches like, Ceramic Engineering, Integrated B.Tech with Agriculture and many more.
