For getting admission in GB Pant Government Engineering College the mode of counselling is IPU and it accepts the JEE MAIN rank card. As you are a female candidate you may get a seat but with some low branches as with such rank and being belonging to other state it's quite difficult to get a seat in some good or decent branches.
