Why SRM??

With 23k rank you will get NITs. And apart from that You may try for GFTIs. 

Apart from that, Coming to the question:

Yes you would get SRM University. And you may get all branches in all the campuses.

But you should try for something better with this as you would get many good colleges.

VIT and SRM are the famous deemed universities .You cant get admission into them by JEE mains ,they have their own entrance test :

VITEEE - VIT

SRMJEE -SRM

SO if you want to get into one of the universities it is mandatory to appear for the exams.
