According to your rank in jee mains 2019,you will be able to get seat in some lower branches of following nits -
- NIT JAMSHEDPUR
- NIT JALANDHAR
- NIT HAMIRPUR
- Nit NAGALAND
- NIT MANIPUR
- NIT AGARTALA
you can get admission in computer science engineering in some new IIITS.

Well, it would be easier for me to decide if you had told your category and Home state.
Since, no such information is provided, I would consider you a general category student.
Regardin cumper science, may be NIT Goa or NIT Srinagar at spot round (that too a little chance) you can get a CSE seat.
but I won't recommend you to join these colleges. If you are passionate of CS, then I would recommend you to join IIIT's with ECE curriculum.
Regarding IIIT's you should aim
1. IIIT L
2. IIIT Gwalior
3. IIIT Guhwati
4. IIIT Trichy
5. IIIT Kollyakum
(above three IIIT's have very little chance for you to admit, but still hope for the best)
