My rank in JEE Main is 93000. Can I get admission in any NIIT or IIIT

As per your question, as you have low rank in jee mains exam so you may not get good colleges or NITS and IIITs as well.As you have not mentioned your category so am considering you under general category and as per this category you may get colleges like:-
1) NIT raipur:-biotechnology, civil engineering
2) NIT jalandhar :-textile engineering
3) NIT Agartala:-CSE
4) NIT goa :- civil, EEE
5) IIIT bhopal:-civil
These are the NITS and IIITs which you can get at this rank where you can apply for.

As you are a general category student and have secured more than 93000 rank in jee mains , then sorry you will not get any nits or iiits. As the competition level is increasing day by day, so for getting a seat in nits or iiits from general category, your rank must be roughly under 30000.
Is you belong from home state of certain low nits then there is a chance that you can get these nits from your home state quota :-
Nit sikkim
Nit puducherry
Nit agartala
Nit Meghalaya.
But if you are from other state then there is no chance for you to get any seat in any nits or iiits.
Your may try your luck at josaa and csab councelling. Because at csab there is a chance that you will get some good nits with this much rank.
Or better you go with some low private colleges.
