Hello Esha,
You have secured quite a decent rank in JEE mains to get into NIT. Based on your rank you can expect following NITs
- NIT Jamshedpur, Andhrapradesh, Calicut, Sikkim, Mizoram, Silchar, Rourkela, Srinagar, Patna, Trichy, Agartala, Durgapur, Hamirpur, Raipur, Uttarakhand, Surat, Surathkal, Meghalaya, Nagpur, Manipur, Pudducherry, Jalandhar, Allahabad & Patna.
Good luck.
Congratulations for clearing JEE Main and getting such a good rank in it . With a rank of 21000 you can get admission in every NIT except NIT Trichy .You can get lower branches in top NITs ,good branches in lower NITs .
Hope it helps and all the best for your future endeavors .
You have neither mentioned which category you belong to nor the home state. With a rank of 21,000 it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the NIT's, unless you are in general or obc category. If it is SC or St, then you cannot get a seat there as the closing ranks last year was around 6,000 . However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

Good luck
You can get the admission in some of the college of NIT's. You will not get the top colleges of NIT, but with the rank around 21,000 you can get the other NIT's which are not at the top. You can view for the NIt's like NIT Arunachal pradesh, NIT Agartala, etc
Yes definitely you can get a NIT. It also depend on the branch you want. If you compromise with the branch then you can get good NIT or you may compromise with the college to get good branch, it totally depends on you.
