You can get the admission in some of the college of NIT's. You will not get the top colleges of NIT, but with the rank around 21,000 you can get the other NIT's which are not at the top. You can view for the NIt's like NIT Arunachal pradesh, NIT Agartala, etc

Yes definitely you can get a NIT. It also depend on the branch you want. If you compromise with the branch then you can get good NIT or you may compromise with the college to get good branch, it totally depends on you.
