no, u can't get admission in these colleges. but u can get into another govt college, so go through jossa counselling and kindly use your all reserved quota.

No with your rank, you can't get into NIT, IIIT or DTU.

Also your reservation category won't help you with this. So for civil engineering, pls go for private engineering colleges like MIT, VIT, SRM etc. The civil engineering department in SRM is very good. You can go there.

The rank which you have will not let you get admission in NITs, IIITs because the cut-off ranks end at around 1k at max for NITs and for IIITs even it goes till 2k.

You have chances of DTU, NSIT if you wish for civil engineering. So, go for it.
