My rank in Jee Mains for ST Category is 4282, Which NIT college I can get by this rank. My Home state is Gujarat, and I basically want to be in nit surat or mnit jaipur

You have obtained 4282 ST category rank. According to previous year data and cutoff with this rank you would not be getting seat in SVNIT Surat and MNIT Jaipur because the closing rank above is high. But this is past year cutoff and hence can change every year.
