According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year,depending upon level of difficulty of KCET this year,no of candidates applying ,this year to AMC  through obc 3BG category so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, keeping in mind above factors acc to previous year cut off rank for e&c last year in amc through 3bg was 73982 so yes you have good chances, cut off rank for civil was 82466 so yes if we look at previous years cut off ranks you have good chances of getting into amc for e&c and civil.
