Actually you got a good rank in KCET. But it is not sufficient enough to secure a seat in a top colleges like RV college. Since you have not mentioned any kind of reservation It is difficult to predict but  you will not get seat if you are from general category with this rank. This complete prediction is based on previous year data.

If you have SC or ST reservation may be you will get a seat in Electronics and instrument Engineering branch. Last year cut-off in RV for this branch is 30K.
