I can provide you the KEAM 2017 and KEAM 2018 cutoff ranks of GCE Kannur for BH Category, you can get an idea.
In 2017, after the last round-
Closing Rank (ECE)- 9,888
In 2018, after the last round-
Closing Rank (ECE)- 12,578
This year, the cutoff rank after Round 1 is 5,482.
Chances are less but you can still hope.

YES, you can get ECE in GCE Kannur because the cutoff ranks that I have already provided you in my answer were for the BH category only.They were BH category ranks.
