Look the marks scored by you in KIITEE is decent. You can easily get civil engineering. Now as I am also pursuing Masters in that college, through my experience I would like to suggest you few things to get this college with the choice of your branch.

Since KIIT took 3-4 counseling every year. Try to keep a watch on the counseling and look for the number of applicants they call for the first round of counseling. Also look for the seats available after each counseling. You can check this information on the official website of this college, where they upload it after every counseling. From there you can get the Idea whether you can get the seat in Civil Engineering or not.

However, if you are attending first round counseling, then you can get KIIT with civil engineering.

Well last year the closing rank for civil rank was 32k and every year it increases so no doubt it will enhance the rank anything can happen just be happy and hope for the best.
