Below are some of the important factors that will be considered while preparing the KIITEE cutoffs:

• Total number of candidates who applied for the entrance examination
• The difficulty level of the exam

• Availability of vacant seats

• Candidates' performance in the entrance test

• Reservation of the seats

considering the above criteria and the last year cut off for b.tech is around 25984 appoxmately so as you have secured a rank of 16795 the chance of getting a seat in the college is good for you. but i cannot be sure that you will get a seat.
