Chance of getting computer science engineering in MET JAIPUR with this score is less.Your rank should be under 10k to secure seats in MET with CSE stream.You will get other stream.For sureity wait till MET announce their cuttoff rank for each stream.

Dear candidate

Getting  cs branch at Manipal main campus or other campus is not possible in this rank .you have score 140+ to get cs at Manipal main campus .or in other words your rank should be below 1700-1900 ,only then you can get cs branch. you can try for other branches of engineering and wait for the spot round if you are lucky enough you can get a seat in Manipal other than cs branch.
