my rank in met 2019 is 5521. will i be able to get cse branch in manipal main campus?

MET 2018 closing rank for CSE and IT department was 1059 and 2113 respectively. So it may not be possible to get admitted for computer science or information technology.
You can take admission in any other department where you can satify their eligibility criteria:-
the closing rank for different departments are:-

or you can go for other Colleges for taking admission in Computer Science Department

Your rank in mit is 5521 and for the cs field the cutoff will always go high.might be you are not able to admission in tha cs branch in manipal main campus.
But you might be able to get Admission in other branchs like civil or mechanical.
