Based on previous year cutoffs I am sorry to say that with this rank you will neither get CE nor ME in MMMUT.
Below I am mentioning cutoff of both the branches for MMMUT in the year 2018:
CE cutoff 2018 - 1110
ME cutoff 2018 - 854
