As this year's cut-off are going to increase it is difficult for you to get in a government medical college both under state quota and All India quota.
Last year's cut-offs for medical colleges were nearer to your current score but the rank was higher. Like:-

Cutoff marks-552 cutoff rank:- 7142
So you can't get in a government medical college but you should try applying for private medical colleges.
