As we know that NEET is the biggest entrance exam for various medical fields, like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVSc and BSc nursing. Their cut-off varies very much the highest is for MBBS and courses like BHMS BAMS have a relatively lower cut-off.
There is no fixed cut-off it changes every year depending upon the level of paper and how children perform. The earlier cut-off was low and the paper was tough but now the paper is relatively easy but the cut-off is very high. But one can get admission with 350 marks or 5lakh rank in BHMS and other courses.
So for your answer, I can say that you will get a seat in BHMS at a good college.

BHMS- Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery and BHYS- Bachelor of Neuropathy and Yoga Science which are both taken Admission on the basis of NEET enterance exam.
The NEET marks required in BHMS for government colleges is you need to score 350+ marks and rank required in NEET is depend upon each category such as
General category- 50th percentile
OBC/ST/SC catagory - 40th percentile
The required rank required in BNYS for candidates who belong to ST/SC/OBC Catagory are required to obtain marks equivalent to at least 40th percentile to considered for AIQ quota seats Counselling procedure.
