Hey there, It is seen from last year trend in NEET that you can get a clinical seat of your choice in NEET PG with your rank,for example the candidate who got rank 15293 got MD general medicine in Shri sathya sai medical college , kancheepuram , tamil nadu Via all india quota , So with state reservation, you could even get better colleges , good luck
