With a 27000 All India Rank in NEET PG 2020, unfortunately it is difficult for you to get a seat in DNB Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery. This is given if you are of the General category. Now, cutoffs for DNB change noticeably sometimes if the seats increase etc, so there still might be chance for you, but i would suggest that you do not bank on that.
