Generally the cutoff for standard colleges accepting Icar score remains at a rank of below 5k .Your rank is very high and you have very less chances in getting some good colleges in ICAR counselling.You may get chance in third rounds in Navsari Agricultural University,Kerala Agricultural university at on spot counselling.However chances are low for you this year.
