My rank in Pubdet in English is 345(GMR) Can I get the admission in Presidency university?

Presidency University has only a very few number of seats for general category students who are applying for admission through the entrance exam and are external students which means they have not done their Under-graduation course from somewhere else and not Presidency University. It will be tough for someone with a rank of 345 to get admssion - might not be possible at all.
