Sir, I am getting negative opinions on SRM Ramapuram saying it’s not worth, etc. Firther can I get CSE (Artificial Intelligence) at Ramapuram. How good is the course

Rishita Look Ramapuram campus is OK but from my experience, you shouldnt ever take a Non CSE Course at a Private University. You have poor faculty and ultimately end up in CSE And Software Companies during Placements. CSE at Ramapuram is good and you may go for this. Hopefully you may even get the AI Specialization at Ramapuram.

Abhishek Roy But I have an average score at JEE Mains too. I am getting few private colleges based on JEE Score at Orissa like Silicon Institute, C V Raman, etc. I could not take 1st Phase Exam at KIIT due to cyclone. Please guide which I should opt as SRM Fees are very high with not much reputation like campus life too high for middle class family like us. Also let me know the pros and cons of SRM Ramapuram and Main Campus.

Rishita Can you give KIIT Exam Again?...would be great if you could get IT or CS at KIIT would be better and more reasonable than SRM, etc.
What is your JEE Main Current Percentile and do you plan to appear for JEE Attempts any soon in July?

Abhishek Roy My JEE score is low as 70.7. I hope to take another chance. Well should I wait for KIIT Second Phase as by then most of the seats will be filled. About SRM Ramapuram can u guide me with all pros and cons to SRM Main Campus. Thanks in advance.

Rishita I firmly believe youll crack KIIT with CS or IT. Do give the Exam Again. But I understand your issue, for that purpose you may take ECE at SRM Main Campus if youre having stronger vibes regarding that and once you get KIIT, you may even take a Refund from SRM, I believe they do that. One of my close friends got a good refund after backing out from SRM after couple of months.

Abhishek Roy You told that SRM Ramapuram is better wherein I have chance of getting CSE or CSE (AI). Can u share me negative points of Ramapuram. Is the faculty and studies therein is good enough.

Rishita Faculty and Studies are at par at SRM Ramapuram. Only difference is with the culture as students at SRMIST KTR have a much better competitive culture and campus life. Secondly whether you take ECE at Main Campus or CSE at Ramapuram, your main factors for consideration should be
1. Which branch are you interested in
2. What is the fees difference between Ramapuram and KTR
3. Placements of ECE KTR as well as CSE at Ramapuram areOL, so that doesnt make a difference. However ,SRM KTR students are preffered initially by Good Companies, and that campus has a stronger employer outlook.

Rishita Still I would advise you block a seat at Ramapuram pr KTR, but try for CSE/IT at KIIT. STAY FOCUSSED.

Rishita Thats great right.......I think you can go for it........parallely do try for KIIT....Incase you get CSE/IT at KIIT...thatll be fair enough
