My rank in ts is 3876 ,iam non local from ap I belong to oc .can I get seat in top colleges

Firstly I will like to congratulate for securing such a good rank 3876 as you said and you are From OBC category which is also good. But as you said you are non local there would be some difficulties as many colleges prefers to alott seat for the locals. Then they go for non-local. You will surely get seat in the field of your interest. Wishing you luck
