my rank in upsee 2700 gen. and obc 647 . can i get cse or it in iet till spot round. or cse in knit,

YEs you may get CSE in knit till the spot counselling as many of the candidates are there which are interested more in IITS and NITS and rest with private colleges with better pplacements thus sometimes the top rankers quit their seats through UPSEE and go for better college according to them and as your obc rank isnt that much so there is a chance , you should go for the spot once.
