my rank in uptu 21000,i have get ec branch in round 1 but i float my seat due to fw seat then round 5(spot round) m mujhe koi private colleges milega.

It seems that you might have entered your incorrect rank because on such rank you cannot get any college through UPSEE/UPTU Counselling but as you have mentioned that you got ECE branch in any particular college so you might have secured your rank 2100. So in perspective of such rank you can get some more colleges in spot round counselling with ECE branch under Open state quota :-
