based on your score the chances are less to get a seat in VIT Vellore & VIT Chennai. But you can try for VIT Amaravati & VIT Bhopal.

but as you know that  As VITEEE 2020 has been cancelled, the rank list is prepared on the basis of candidate's score in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in class 12.

As per VITEE cutoffs it is tentatively decided the closing rank would be 20000. So as your rank is more than 20000. So you may not get the seat in the phase-1.

• The first 20,000 rank holders will be called for Phase-1 of counselling starting from June 2020 (tentative).

VIT University uses equating methodology for calculating candidate’s marks.

• Candidates who score 118 and above marks will expectantly fall between 1-250 rank range.
• Candidates with less than 31 marks will have an expected rank of 20,000 or below.
