With a rank of 10,995 in VITEEE 2019 IS 10995, you can expect to get CSE in the Chennai campus since based on the previous cutoffs, a rank till 12,000 would get CSE in Chennai and the closing rank for CSE Vellore ( category 1 ) was around 7,000 .
