With 35000 rank in VITEEE, you can expect only a few courses there as your rank is very high:-

In Vellore Campus:- Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production and Industrial engineering
In Chennai Campus:- Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering.
