Hey Aviral,
If you have money then you can go for VIT, you will easily get it with this much rank. you can get CSE branch there. If you want to get a government college through JEE then you should clear your JEE examination with a good rank of under 15k in general category.

Hello dear,
According to your rank in VITEEE 2019 ,you have very less chance to get seat in VIT vellore campus as the previous year closing rank for computer science engineering is under 10000.
