Yeah you have brighter chance for getting ECE and EEE branch at Vellore campus. I am not sure about Mechanical stream may be you will be or not be , it depends upon the number of seats in Mechanical stream at vellore. So try for the best and try to take the branch at main campus.

Chances seem very low for premium branches at vellore campus as we expect cutiffs closing down within 25000 ranks.
The general rnage lies between 12000-22000for ECE, EEE and Mechanical engineering branch
You can ezpect Civil engineering, Production engineering and Biomedical engineering wigh this scores. .
The cutoff as per 2016 & 2015 shared below.
