my rank in wbjee 2859 in engineering and 5015 in pharmacy in SC quota so will i get any chance for government college??

you secure good ranks in both fields.you can get any of govt. college with this ranks.
it's upon to you whether you choose engineering and pharmacy.

Jadavpur University, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University, Haldia Institute of technology etc.

class 12 marks matters for taking admission in government or any other colleges?
Yes, sometimes it will matter. But atleast you have secured 75% marks.
