my rank in wbjee is 5031 can i get any government college. I am from bihar and if not then which college should I prefer?

You have secured a decent rank in WBJEE. With this rank you will get many good colleges. As you are from other state , you will not eligible for any Government Engineering colleges but you can apply for the Universities. Keep in mind that your chances to get a seat will depend on various factors like availability of seat, number of students want to get same branch, category of students etc. At the time of counselling you can only apply for the state aided Universities and private colleges as  you are a other state candidate.
