my rank in WBJEE is 60000 and TFW rank 25000. Can i get CSE under TFW in DIATM college?

Yes, you can easily get into it without any doubt. These are colleges where cut off is bit high. If you apply under tfw then you will get it in 1st or 2nd round. So surely you will get it. But under general within 4th round. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
