My rank is 10370..and I applied for IPU low college but I can't understand how can I get allotment of seates...plz answered me

Dear you will be allotted college in online counseling and then you can take provisional admission by paying certain amount of fees as told by university and after all rounds of counseling by paying rest of the fees admission will be final .
