My RANK is 10,439 in SRM and I got seat in SRM KTR campus in phase 2 round 1 but i want to change the preference institute in 2nd round because SRM KTR is too far away from my City.Plz Help

There is absolutely no problems in changing your campus selection during the counselling process of SRMJEE. As per the guidelines of SRM institute of science and technology any candidate not satisfied with the seat allotted to them in initial rounds, they can do reapply in subsequent rounds by filling up their desired campus and course selection. However seat allotment in that will be subjected to your performance in SRMJEE.
