Hope you are doing well. Considering your COMED-K 2019 rank here are some of the good colleges for IT seat in first round:

Dayanand Sagar Academy Of Technology and Management
NMAM Institute Of Technology
KLS Gogte Institute Of Technology
Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology
Sapthagiri College Of Engineering
Reva University

And so on. Out of these, you can choose any colleges. There are still more colleges available for your rank. Just refer the previous year cutoff rank and choose wisely. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
