my rank is 12922 in comedk engineering. which college can I get cse branch which has very good placement record.

Your rank is not too good so it will not be possible for you to get the best colleges which have vesb placements record.
With your rank you can get some decent colleges in Bangalore and as you want CSE branch with best placements Bangalore colleges will be best for you as you can get better exposure and opportunities than anywhere else.
As we all know Bangalore us called the IT Hub and there are very large no. of Tech Giants working in Bangalore and these companies also rarely prefer to visit other colleges outside bangalore in Karnataka unless they are IIT/NIT.
