Since you have not mentioned your category , so i assume you ti be a general category candidate and The rank you have got is an average rank for general candidates. With this average rank , you have chances for average colleges of IPU.
And if we consider previous year IPU BBA cutoffs , then you have chances for the following colleges of IPU for BBA:

2) Trinity Institute Of Professional Studies
